Our client, a publicly traded Asset Management platform, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join their Asset Management Operations team as an Alternative Investment Operations Assistant Vice President. This permanent position offers a dynamic role in a highly skilled team environment, focused on optimizing operations and enhancing investment processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Systematic management and oversight of alternative investment portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Implement and manage effective data management systems to support asset operations.
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess risks, optimize operational strategies, and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare detailed portfolio reports and participate in regular review meetings to ensure alignment with strategic investment objectives.
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to project initiatives aimed at developing robust operational frameworks.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in alternative investment operations and accounting
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication abilities and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient in using advanced financial software and tools relevant to asset management operations.

Benefits:
