Customer Success Advisor
We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Customer Success professional with a strong background in audit, finance, or professional services. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within audit firms and finance departments, helping them transform their processes and unlock value through technology.
You will work closely with Audit Partners, Managers, Controllers, Finance Directors, and IT leaders to understand their challenges and objectives. By combining deep domain knowledge with a consultative approach, you will guide customers through digital transformation initiatives, focusing on improving efficiency, quality, compliance, and overall business performance.
A key part of your role is driving adoption and long-term value. You will lead onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing engagement activities, while developing structured success plans and running regular business reviews. You ensure customers not only adopt the solution but also achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Engineering, sharing customer insights and helping shape product development based on real-world needs. At the same time, you act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their challenges and requirements are understood and addressed.
You will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, supporting expansion through demonstrated ROI, pilots, and broader adoption across teams and service lines. In addition, you guide customers through implementation, configuration, and workflow optimization, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
Finally, you continuously monitor customer health and performance metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention risk, and business impact, using these insights to proactively drive success and strengthen long-term partnerships.
What You Will Bring

- Experience in customer success, advisory, consulting, or transformation-focused roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify expansion opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Experience with change management, adoption strategies, or process improvement initiatives.
- A proactive, structured, and analytical way of working.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
