The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role.
Instead, you will act as a trusted advisor to audit and finance professionals, helping them maximise the value of a market-leading platform while driving adoption, process improvements, and business transformation.
This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals with an audit background to remain close to the profession while transitioning into a technology-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption programmes
- Deliver training sessions and best-practice workshops
- Act as a trusted advisor to audit and finance stakeholders
- Support internal customer champions and key users
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and success
- Facilitate business reviews and strategic success planning
- Support customers in leveraging automation and AI capabilities effectively
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience within Audit, Assurance, or a related field
- Background within a Big Four, Next Nine, or similar professional services environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Interest in technology, AI, and digital transformation
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills
- Additional European languages are considered a strong advantage
