DB Pensions – Calculations SME

I am recruiting on behalf of a pensions provider who are looking to hire a DB pension specialists with existing skillsets in calculations. As a technical analyst in the post transaction team, the core of your responsibilities will lie within data transfer, data migration, and pension calculations.

Location: Hybrid working model
Salary: Dependant on experience

Requirements:

  • 8 years experience minimum in pensions/ BPA industry
  • Strong experience in defined benefit pensions – non-negotiable.
  • Experienced in pension calculations – creating/ developing proformas. Strong Excel VBA skills.
  • Comfortable with data – migrations, transfer, transformation focussed
  • SQL is useful although not mandatory
  • GMP Equalisation knowledge and experience

This is a project based position which will give you the opportunity to expand your existing skillset and develop your expertise. You will be working with various teams including pre-transaction and originations to gain expert-level knowledge.
