Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
A leading financial services organization is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to support strategic financial decision-making and enterprise performance.
This role will partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, planning, modeling, and analysis that inform business strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analytics, automation, and processes.
- Analyze business performance, financial trends, and key drivers.
- Support strategic transactions, business initiatives, and capital management activities.
- Prepare senior management and board-level financial reporting and presentations.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, investment, treasury, accounting, and business teams.
- Develop financial models and provide insights to support strategic and investment decisions.
- Lead complex projects and provide analytical support on emerging business priorities.
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and financial reporting capabilities; experience with data and analytics tools is beneficial.
