We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Insurance Agency Platform project. This is a high-impact role focused on modernizing and transforming how our insurance agency network operates, with strong emphasis on digital enablement and AI-driven initiatives.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver a best-in-class platform that enhances distribution capabilities, agent productivity, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Insurance Agency Platform project, including AI-powered features for distribution, underwriting support, and agent management.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks using structured project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall as appropriate).
- Drive AI transformation initiatives within the insurance distribution ecosystem – previous experience leading AI implementation or digital transformation projects in financial services is highly preferred.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units (Sales, Operations, IT, Compliance) and technical teams.
- Ensure clear communication and stakeholder management across all levels, including senior leadership.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status reporting, and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track.
- Champion change management and user adoption of the new platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of solid Project Management experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or fintech.
- Proven track record leading AI transformation, digital distribution, or platform implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of insurance agency operations and distribution channels is a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of Cantonese and English (ability to conduct meetings, prepare documentation, and present in both languages).
- Certified Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with insurance core systems or agency management platforms is a plus.
