Employee Services Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

We’re partnering with a global insurance organization to hire an Employee Services Coordinator to join a collaborative, high-performing HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Customer Service who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career in HR.
About the Role
As an Employee Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience by supporting the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with the HR team and employees across the business to ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including offer letters, new hire documentation, benefits enrollment, and new hire orientation.
- Manage employee status changes, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated promptly.
- Support leave of absence administration, including parental leave, flexible work requests, paid time off, and attendance tracking.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll-related inquiries, and vendor invoices.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce data to support business decisions.
- Partner with the HR team on projects, process improvements, and day-to-day HR operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Customer Service, or a related operational support role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a desire to learn and grow.
