Contract-to-Hire
Occasional East Coast Travel
We’re partnering with an innovative financial services organization to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to the East Coast.
We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional with 5-7 years of experience building scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows
- Lead development efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations with tools including DocuSign, Slack, Conquer, Einstein AI, Git, and other third-party platforms
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical design, and architecture discussions
- Drive platform improvements while supporting business growth in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow Builder, and Salesforce integrations
- Experience with Einstein AI, plus familiarity with AgentForce, Gemini, and Claude
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (PDII or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus)
- Financial services, lending, or fintech experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
