Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Information Technology teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, facilitating continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure and DevOps methodologies to guide both technical teams and business units.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable, sustainable, and secure, adhering to industry best practices and compliance regulations.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with a deep understanding of modern infrastructure technologies and architectures.
- Strong proficiency in DevOps practices including but not limited to automated testing, deployment pipelines, and high-availability systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically about complex systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across various departments to integrate and align IT strategical needs.
- Experience in leading projects and teams, with a keen sense for driving operational improvements.
