This is a full tax partner role with responsibility across client service, business development, and team leadership. You'll own a portfolio of clients, sign off on returns, mentor and develop tax staff, and play a direct role in shaping the future of the practice.
✅ Leading the full scope of tax services for a designated client portfolio
✅ Reviewing and signing off on complex tax returns
✅ Driving business development - expanding existing relationships and originating new ones
✅ Recruiting, mentoring, and developing tax staff at all levels
✅ Contributing to firm strategy, quality control, and practice development
✅ Building and maintaining referral networks with attorneys, bankers, and advisors

🔹 10-15+ years in public accounting with a clear progression in complexity and scope
