Job Title: SAP HCM (Payroll & Time) Consultant
Duration: Immediate start until the end of 2026
Pay: You must have your own business to be paid into as a contractor. Up to €350 per day
Location: 100% remote
Role Overview
A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced external SAP HCM Payroll & Time Consultant to support the operational delivery of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
The successful candidate will help ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations while enabling internal team members to focus on strategic project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, shift planning and overtime premiums.
- Customise and maintain time schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
- Analyse and interpret time evaluation logs.
- Support clock-in/clock-out processes and Leave Management, including absence and attendance types, leave accruals and quota entitlements.
- Resolve SAP Time Management and Payroll integration issues and deliver system enhancements.
- Customise and integrate SAP Fiori applications, including:
- My Leave Request
- My Time Events
- My Team Calendar
- Custom Fiori applications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) configuration and support.
- Strong experience with Work Schedule Rules, time schema, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and troubleshooting time evaluation.
- Experience with leave management, absence and attendance types, leave accruals and quota entitlements.
- Experience customising and integrating SAP Fiori applications.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting SAP Payroll and Time Management within a multi-entity, international corporate environment.
