Permanent role | Network support engineer | Flexible working in Dublin
Open to candidates holding: Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, EU citizenship, or Irish citizenship.
Responsibilities:
- Support a broad customer base through secure remote access, troubleshooting network and security incidents from the Dublin Network Operations Centre.

Technical support & incident management
- Provide first- and second-line support, manage incidents through to resolution, perform health checks, and collaborate with vendor support teams while meeting SLA commitments.
Requirement:
– Must-have: Aruba ClearPass certification/experience and additional networking qualifications such as JNCIA or JNCIP.
– Previous experience working in a NOC/NSOC or call centre environment.
– Hands-on experience supporting Juniper and Aruba network/security environments.
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within network and security infrastructure.
