This is not a traditional HR role. You will build your own market, develop new business, headhunt top IT talent and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.
The Role

Who are we looking for?
Experienced Recruiters who want more commercial ownership, earning potential and career progression.
Sales Professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, business development or account management who want to build a career in recruitment.
In both cases, you are:
- Ambitious, competitive and commercially driven
- Comfortable with targets and prospecting
- A strong communicator and negotiator
- Fluent in French OR Dutch + English
- Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
