The role:

* Oversee maintenance, cleaning, landscaping & HVAC services
* Manage suppliers, contractors and resources
* Drive service quality and operational performance
* Improve processes and support business growth
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Operations, Facilities or Property Services
* Experience managing multiple teams and service functions
* Strong commercial and operational awareness
* Supplier, contractor and workforce-planning experience
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Experience with job management / field-service systems
* Proactive, solutions-focused and process-driven
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
