Oliver James is searching on behalf of an insurance client to source an International Senior Tax Manager to provide technical tax support for growth and structuring initiatives.
The role will be on an initial 6-month contract Inside IR35 and requires working in office two days per week in central London.
Day rate is flexible for the right experience but will be around £700-800 p/d
Responsibilities
- Provide international tax advice for supporting growth and structuring.
- Support design and implementation of cross-border structures in a tax efficient and compliant manner.
- Coordinate input from external advisers and local specialists.
Required experience
- Strong international corporate tax experience in a large multinational group.
- Insurance experience highly preferred.
- Exposure to UK, US and European tax considerations preferable.
- Insurance and financial services preferred but not required as long as their is strong international tax technial capability.
